  • Services require written authorization from the system owner.
  • You indemnify us against liability arising from unauthorized access or data breaches during engagements.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: Provide accurate, current information during account creation.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding passwords and reporting unauthorized access.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend accounts for breaches of these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Fees: Pricing for Services is outlined in project-specific agreements.
  • Subscriptions: Auto-renewing plans require cancellation at least 7 days before renewal.
  • Refunds: Fees for completed Services are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All Site content (e.g., reports, tools) is owned by AI-Tech Hacks or licensors.
  • License: Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal purposes only.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • No Guarantees: Services are provided “as-is.” We do not warrant error-free results.
  • Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use.
  • Cap on Liability: Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific Service causing the claim.

7. Data Handling and Confidentiality

  • Confidentiality: Data accessed during engagements is handled per our Privacy Policy and NDAs.
  • Compliance: We adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

  • The Site may link to external services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate Services with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Survival clauses (e.g., confidentiality, liability limits) remain enforceable post-termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: Disputes are resolved under Panama law.
  • Arbitration: Claims are settled through binding arbitration, not class actions.

11. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
